There’s something special about summer evenings—the golden sunsets, the warm breeze, and the feeling that the night is just getting started. This year, Cimi’s Bistro is turning those moments into something unforgettable with Summer Nights at Cimi’s.
Open to the public and overlooking a stunning golf course, Cimi’s patio is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak in the season. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual drink, a delicious meal, or live music under the stars, there’s something happening every night of the week.
Summer Nights officially begin Friday, May 1st with live music and will run through the end of August. Along with your favorite weekly staples, we’re introducing exciting new themed nights designed to make every visit feel like a mini getaway.
Tuesday: Tini Tuesday (NEW!)
Start your week with a shake (or stir) of something special.
Time: 4 PM – Close
Special: $10 Specialty Martinis & Cocktails
Featured martinis include:
Pear-Tini A crisp, refreshing blend of pear Grey Goose vodka, elderflower liqueur, fresh citrus, and a touch of sweetness—finished with a dried pear garnish.
Dirty Martini A classic, savory favorite featuring your choice of gin or vodka, accented with dry vermouth and olive brine, garnished with green olives.
