Do I need a membership to dine at Cimi’s Bistro?

No, a membership is not required to dine at Cimi’s Bistro.

Although Pinnacle’s golf course is private, Cimi’s Bistro is open to the public and welcomes all guests.

Reservations are available online at www.cimisbistro.com, through OpenTable, or by phone at 615-539-0722. Walk-ins are accepted; however, during peak season (May–August), reservations are required.

During busy summer periods, guests arriving without reservations may experience longer wait times, or on occasion  be declined due to capacity and staffing limits. Making a reservation in advance helps ensure your table and allows us to provide the best possible service!

I dine here all the time, do you offer a dining membership for frequent guests?

Yes, we offer a dining membership program designed for our regulars, and it comes with excellent perks!

There are no monthly dues—only quarterly dining minimums. Membership benefits include limited golfing privileges, invitations to exclusive Pinnacle club social events, and 10% off all food and beverages.

Members also enjoy access to our private Cork Club (for wine enthusiasts), an individual member charge account, and early-bird registration for all dining events.

Is there a dress code?

To maintain an appropriate atmosphere, we kindly request that our dining guests adhere to the following:

At Cimi's Bistro we kindly ask our dining guests to dress business casual.

Prohibited attire:
- Cargo shorts are not allowed.
- Hats worn backward or sideways are prohibited.
- Torn, cut-off, baggy, or stained clothing is not permitted.
- Offensive prints on clothing are prohibited.
- See-through clothing, bras, and excessively revealing attire are not allowed.

Management reserves all rights to determine appropriate attire.

What is your 20% service charge?

We apply a 20% service charge to all checks, which is clearly listed on our menus to ensure full transparency.

This service charge is not an additional food cost. Instead, it is in place to help provide more consistent pay for our service staff. Ohio’s tipped minimum wage is much lower than the standard minimum wage, and this model helps us better support and retain our incredible team.

On your receipt, the 20% service charge will appear as a separate line item. You will also see an additional tip line, which is completely optional and intended only for guests who wish to leave something extra based on their experience.

If you ever have any questions or concerns during your visit, our management team is always available and happy to assist in the moment.

Yes. For parties of 12 or more, we operate on a single-check policy, and a 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to the total after tax.

We welcome private dining and special events at Cimi’s Bistro. For parties of 12 or more, we operate on a single-check policy, and a 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to the total (after tax).

Available dining spaces include:
Main Dining Room
Private Dining Room (PDR) — accommodates up to 20 guests, with an $80 room fee (shown below)

For all private events, a signed contract and deposit are required to confirm your reservation.

For larger gatherings (over 20 guests), including celebrations such as birthdays, bridal showers, anniversaries, corporate events, and holiday parties, we offer additional venues through Pinnacle Golf Club:
The Loft (up to 40 guests)
